Yippee – I came to wake up. I want to wake up to all of my imperfect and challenging life experiences and gifts. Some mornings it is easier than others.

I fell in love with insight meditation (Vipassanā), and now I am a teacher, practitioner, and facilitator with the guidance of many spiritual teachers. I continue to learn in 2025, as adjunct faculty at the University of the West (Group Process), as a meditation teacher certified with iBme Teacher Training. As a creative counselor, and as a youth advocate, I develop mindfulness workshops and curricula for teams, groups, and non-profits. And as a human, just circling the patterns and expeiances from day to day.

Now I coach individuals one-on-one with challenges of grief, creative blocks, abandonment fear, addiction recovery, and am a (life/death) doula. Relational mindfulness techniques and Earth rituals have guided me to transition the art studio to a healing space. Meditation is a gift that develops critical life skills like managing anxiety, obtaining concentration, and voicing authentic emotions, and all of this leads us from “stuck” into meaningful work.

As a long-time student of many I continue to be grateful for: George Haas, Aimee Bello, Maggie Lynch, Enrique Collazo, B Anderson, Khalila Gillett, Jitsujo Gauthier, Victor Gabriel, and others. From soft hand to soft hand, I am forever grateful for the teachings of the Buddha.
