It’s science-based, so simple as this, walking in nature will help you cultivate a sense of inner peace. And yet… it can be challenging to make it happen. Join me for a walk in appreciation for slowing down and moving the body.

This is an intensive but without all of the intense. Physically and wholeheartedly, we will immerse these bodies into nature. We will let our wild beast explore and give up our separateness for a couple of hours.

  • We will meet at Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area

  • Feel free to pack a lunch to eat together after

  • Mindfulness and nature provided
