Mindfulness Coaching Session 1:1

A Healing Session is 60 minutes for $150. All sessions are available in person or online via Zoom. The session may be recorded if you’d like and notes taken during will be emailed to you. There is a 24-hour cancellation and reschedule refund policy.

During a healing session with Sarah, you'll share about your practice, and talk about what you’re currently experiencing. As we process that together we start with a calming breath meditation. Sarah mixes in somatic practices, visualization, and sound to promote deep healing at the cellular level.

Sarah works to support anxiety, grief, doubt, anger, fears, and other big emotions that often hinder our lives. With decades of meditation and mindfulness practice, we orient towards freedom and meaning-making in our sessions.

Trauma-informed and visualization practice is a mind-body technique that can help with healing in many ways, including:
